Hilton Hall re-opened on Saturday 13th November 2010 after a Two Year closure following major property repairs & refurbishment.  Our Main Hall is once more available for Hire.  Our aim has always been to save & refurbish Hilton Hall and provide a clean & safe, modernised community meeting place for the benefit of the many local Community Groups & Sports Clubs who have traditionally used Hilton Hall in previous years. 

 

The Main Hall is also available for Public Meetings and will provide a vital community link with our local Policing Team, local Ward Councillors, our Local Neighbourhood Partnerships and other Third Sector organisations.  The Outdoor Areas & Community Open Spaces include; Football & Rugby Playing Fields and access to the SLINC (Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation).  Write or phone for details of how to hire Hilton Hall facilities

 

Hilton Hall Community Centre and Hilton Hall Recreational Playing Fields comprise:

 

MAIN HALL & UPPER FLOOR AREAS:

Main Entrance Ramp (leading to the Main Front Entrance Doors)

Entrance Lobby; leading to the Main Hall and Toilets (DDA compliant). 

(The Entrance Lobby also leads to the Lower Floor areas - Access Restricted - whilst 'Scheduled Work' continues Downstairs).

Main Hall (maximum capacity of 100 people) Premises & Entertainment Licence granted June 2011.

Elevated 'Stage' area - for presentations, lectures & theatrical productions (in the Main Hall) 

Modernised self-contained Kitchen.

Male / Female Toilet,  including a separate DDA compliant Toilet (Baby Changing Area planned for near future).

Two Emergency / Fire Exits (situated at the Front of the building) leading to the Safe Assembly Point in the Car Park.

There is also a small Storeroom & separate Broom Cupboard.

 

HILTON HALL LOWER FLOOR AREAS:

This area is closed to the public whilst work continues on the lower floor areas (Phase Three of our Schedule of Work).

The Lower Ground Floor Area is accessible via the new steel security doors (fitted as part of the Timken Funded Project) and when the Work is completed will give access DDA toilets, Storerooms, Offices, Changing Rooms, Kitchen and Stairwell (to the Upper Floor), via a Corridor connecting ALL Lower Floor Areas.

 

HILTON HALL GROUNDS & RECREATIONAL PLAYING FIELDS / OUTDOOR AREAS comprise:

Community Open Spaces / Recreation Playing Fields (with Football & Rugby Playing Areas)

Recreational Walkway leading to a Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation (SLINC), with 'Natural England' trained Walk Leaders who provide 'Organised Fitter for Walking' guided walks.  Car Park (Locked when not in Use) plus; Landscaped Areas (Front and Sides of Hilton Hall; e.g. such as our Wild Meadow Flower Rockery & Oak Planters)

 

In the interests of equality and fairness to all; the following rates are the same for ALL users and this information is correct as of the latest 'Date' shown on the home page.  Hilton Hall Community Association Management Committee reserve the right to make changes to the terms & conditions of hire and to the future pricing policy to ensure the long-tern sustainability of Hilton Hall.

 

HALL HIRE FEES.

Monday to Friday (between 9am until 10pm) the Hourly Hire Rate at this present time is: £15.00 per hour.

Saturday & Sunday (between 9am until 10pm) the Hourly Hire Rate at this present time is: £25.00 per hour.

 

ALL PARTY BOOKINGS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Saturday or Sunday Private Party Bookings have been suspended until further notice (due to damage caused by previous Hirers).  In future, if and when we re-open 'Bookings for Weekend Private Parties' prices will reflect the experience gained in the first year of such Hire.
