Notice to ALL Hirers of Hilton Hall Community Centre.

 

We have registered Hilton Hall with the NHS Covid-19 Track & Trace App. QR Code Reader which will be displayed in the Main Entrance of the Hall, as well as installing a new hand sanitizer dispenser in the Main Entrance.

 

However, it is the responsibility of ALL Hirers to collect and record Track & Trace contact details for ALL of the members of their Team and members of the Public who attend their Clubs (and kept for the appropriate time).  And also the responsibility of the Hirer to follow strict Covid hygiene and safety practice and procedure at all times by following current Government Guidelines regarding Covid Safe practice.

 

All Hirers MUST comply with UK Government Guidelines and Legal requirements and it will be the responsibility of the 'Hirer' to ensure safe practice and social distancing is followed at all times.

 

For the Safety of ALL . . . Our Staff & Volunteers are working hard behind the scenes to ensure we also comply with all of the UK Government Covid Safety guidelines and practice.
